INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shop our site in your selected local currency and see your complete order total, including shipping fees when you checkout. When you submit your order, the total is guaranteed at the current exchange rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

International shipping is calculated based on several factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.

PAYMENT

Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. Directpay PVT Ltd will be displayed as the Merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

SHIPMENT TIMEFRAMES

You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for return.

If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to make the request within 7 working days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. To complete a return, email us via hello@mooseclothingcompany.com Please include:

– Name
– Address
– Email Address
– Order Number
– Item number(s) to return
– Reason for your return
– Along with few images of the returning products to check the conditions

We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, any additional costs, the amount you will be refunded upon quality inspection of the returned merchandise, a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions.
