INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
International shipping is calculated based on several factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.
PAYMENT
Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. Directpay PVT Ltd will be displayed as the Merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
SHIPMENT TIMEFRAMES
You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [05-07] business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays in Sri Lanka.
Please note we do not dispatch on [Saturdays and Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery.
Please note: Before you confirms and sign the document for delivery completion, make sure to always check the items inside the package. If there’s a shortage/product defect customer has to inform the company before signing the document.
